Here is my first video tutorial. Hope you like it.

125g unsalted butter, softened
• 140g (3/4 cups) soft brown sugar
• 2 eggs, lighty beaten
• 2 tablespoons honey/ cinnamon honey
• 1 large ripe banana (170g) mashed
• 250g plain flour, sifted
• 1 teaspoon baking powder

2. Put the 2 teaspoons of honey in a saucepan over low heat and warm for 1 minute or until runny. Add to your mixture. Place your mashed banana onto the bowl and combine. Add cinnamon and flour until well mixed.

 3. Spoon or spread evenly onto the loaf tin and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean when inserted into the centre of the cake. Leave for 5 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack. Serve with honey or plain.
